Worst video for setup. Maybe a little slower with dialogue instructions. It only shows attaching 2 wheels and where do I find the release switch to unfold the stroller. Do better.

You flipped the handlebar to the front at 4:17 and didn’t explain how. The lettering was upside down then you stopped the video and the lettering is right side up

Great video. Do you have to take the basket out to fold it up? I see some of them folded up that they still have the basket in there.

My 14 yr old pug tried it out today for the first time and loves it! So do I! BUT....how long would it take to make an informative video to set it up?! If it wasn't for the previous posts on this site, I would have given up! A SLOW video with DETAILS to help those of us who are not familiar with assembling products. Our first outing today was great and I do love this product!

This was the most awesome review. Only one question, I have two small dogs so can you tell me the measurements of the inside basket when. It is fully extended? The one I have now is so small and when both are inside they are squished together. I love this one you reviewed.

Great Review, can you tell me what the inside measurement of the basket is once its fully opened with the back flap down for the extra room. I have two smaller dogs and the one I have no is so small, their squished in it when placed together in the stroller. Also how do you still like it today. Is is very sturdy and doable? how much weight it can handle ?

When set up and using this stroller is fantastic. The challenge for me is remembering the steps to flatten it again to get it to fit in my trunk. In the future could you number the steps on the stroller - indicate what to do first and second etc because it has take me more time to flatten the stroller sometimes than it took to do the outing. Thank you for your consideration.

Well ... I own this stroller and it is NOT that easy to do this. I take my dogs for outings and then have to watch this video several times to figure out how to get the stroller flat again to fit in the trunk of my car. Suggestion: ON THE STROLLER Number the components that have to be handled to get the stroller to flatten so this is not so challenging. Thank you.

Best stroller I have ever had / that includes my kids - my 15 yr pug is in a wheelchair we had a horrible time finding a stroller that he could fit in comfortably - I saved up got HPZ it costs a little more but it's worth I can use one hand/foot to use it it's great!

Video moves too fast and leaves out some important details. Seems they didn't want to spend the extra time or money to make a proper video.

the "small" details of the assembly are not explained e.g. the rear axle...to push on those RED "TABS" so it will slide onto the bars!!!!! Just getting the plastic wrap around the "bars" w/out scratching the metal was so time consuming and frustrating. Lots are still sticking out :( tacky looking. I'm now trying to figure out the back wheels. Spending A LOT OF $ on this stroller, you'd think they'd want to give you easier explanations. C'mon Pet Rover...you can do better.

Just out of the box this is really complicated trying to figure out which way is what with the bars, front and back, etc. And the zipper doesn't zip easily. I returned the pet gear for this because it seemed sturdier and had a better warranty but the frame is too complicated to look at! Why simultaneous buttons on both sides to fold it in some mysterious way? This video is horrible.
